Special Programming gives attendees opportunities to participate in experiences beyond traditional conference sessions and the exhibit floor.
Programming may include guided meditation, sound experiences, cultural programming, artwork displays or art experiences, live art, cooking demonstrations, educational demonstrations, indigenous-led programming, mindfulness practices, and other unique experiences that complement the PsyCon conference.
Approved Special Programming participants provide their experience or activity to PsyCon attendees at no charge and receive complimentary admission to the event.
Special Programming is not intended for the sale or promotion of paid services. Anyone wishing to sell products or charge attendees for services should instead participate as a PsyCon vendor/exhibitor, which requires the applicable exhibitor fee.
All proposed programming is subject to PsyCon approval based on scheduling, available space, safety, accessibility, venue requirements, and overall fit with the event.
Important: Outside food and beverages may not be brought in, served, sampled, or distributed without prior approval and coordination with PsyCon and the venue.
