Her integrative approach bridges food, environment, mindset, and the body’s innate regenerative capacity, emphasizing fasting, detox, reconnecting with nature, and spiritual alignment as essential paths to authenticity. Known for her heart-centered, wisdom-driven teaching, Christy guides others with practical science, ancient traditions, and modern research to support healing, insight, and greater self-alignment.
David Saperstone Esq
David brings a combination of legal expertise and social work training to Colorado’s emerging natural medicines landscape. As Founding Partner of Lubeth & Saperstone, P.C., David advises small businesses and entrepreneurs navigating the practical and legal complexities of operating in newly regulated industries.
A licensed attorney in both Colorado and Massachusetts, David’s path to law was shaped by years of macro social work, policy advocacy, and direct client services, experiences that inform his human-first approach to law. In addition to his practice, David serves as a Private Panel Attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in Massachusetts, where he guides and advocates for indigent clients through the grueling bureaucracy of the children and family law system, ensuring that those with the least resources receive vigorous, compassionate, and fair representation.
Having witnessed Colorado’s psychedelic policy evolution from decriminalization to the rollout of a regulated facilitated-use program, he understands that the psychedelic industry isn’t just a legal frontier; it’s a social and community one, rooted in decades of grassroots advocacy, harm reduction, and equity work. David is passionate about helping businesses and practitioners build a foundation that is legally sound, ethically grounded, and community-centered.
