Mama Dose was founded by Mark and Michele Medal from a deeply personal place. After experiencing firsthand the profound impact plant medicine can have on healing, self-discovery, and personal growth, they felt called to help others explore that path with greater education, intention, and support.
What began as a passion has grown into a community of more than 40,000 people exploring a more conscious relationship with psilocybin and plant medicine.
Through Mama Dose, Mark and Michele have made education, community, responsible use, and integration the heart of the journey—not simply the medicine itself.
