Krystal D. Morwood, MS, manages the Health Information Systems Branch at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). She provides public health leadership to optimize the intersection between population health and clinical care through strategic design, development, management, evaluation and funding of information systems. She also serves on Colorado’s eHealth Commission.
