The Missing Conversation: Microdosing, Menopause, and Women’s Mental Health
Patricia Singh, PhD, LPCC, is an Albuquerque-based behavioral health executive, licensed counselor, and co-founder of Trip HōM. She specializes in ethical psychedelic care, women’s mental health, and behavioral healthcare integration. Dr. Singh is co-author of Microdosing for Menopause (Inner Traditions) and is a national speaker on psychedelics, mental health, and ethical implementation.

Menopause affects half the population, yet it is largely absent from conversations about psychedelic care. This session explores the emerging intersection of menopause, mental health, and microdosing through an evidence-informed, interdisciplinary lens, highlighting current research, ethical considerations, clinical applications, and future directions for women’s health.
