Integrative Health Practitioner | Wellness and Lifestyle Coach | Veteran

I’m a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner specializing in integrative health, mindset, and sustainable lifestyle change. My work focuses on helping people rebuild their energy, clarity, and purpose through foundational pillars of health-nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and intentional daily habits.

Before entering the health and wellness field, I served as a U.S. Marine with three combat deployments to Iraq. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the impact that high-pressure environments can have on both the body and mind. Like many veterans, I faced my own challenges after service and began searching for ways to restore balance, resilience, and direction.

What I discovered was that real change doesn’t come from quick fixes—it comes from understanding how the body and mind work together and building systems that support long-term health. That journey led me from personal training into functional health, mindset work, and lifestyle coaching.

Today, I help people identify the root causes of burnout, low energy, and lack of clarity, and guide them in creating practical routines that support lasting transformation. My approach combines health strategies with intentional mindset work so clients can build a life that feels aligned, energized, and purposeful.

I hold certifications as an Integrative Health Practitioner through IHPI, Certified Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching through Harvard Medical, functional nutrition, adult sleep and stress management, personal training, and Level 1 hypnotherapy.
