Sean McAllister
Sean T. McAllister is an attorney specializing in the regulatory, health care, business, and religious freedom aspects of psychedelic medicines and therapies in the United States. His work has included: (a) Advising doctors, therapists and licensed professionals on psychedelic assisted therapy (typically ketamine), including defense of licensure in disciplinary proceedings; (b) Assisting clients.
Religious freedom around psychedelics is a growing area of legality and recognition. In the past few years, several religious organizations have received formal recognition from DEA for the religious use of psychedelics and Sean has been involved in all of these cases. This talk will review the legality and challenges of psychedelic churches in the US.
